**Author’s Biography**

Muhammad Izzat Farid Bin received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, majoring in Software Engineering at the Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) in 2012. In 2023, he completed his Master of Science in Computer Science at Washington State University, USA. His primary research interests are the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process, Natural Language Processing, and Data analytics.

Izzat is a research officer in the ICT management department at the Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI), based in Serdang, Selangor. His career began as a Business Intelligence Consultant, where he developed Interactive Dashboards for clients, showcasing his experience in translating complex data into actionable insights.

Izzat has contributed to the field through publications on topics related to his research interests. He continues to drive innovation in his role at MARDI, leveraging his ETL and data analytics skills to advance ICT solutions.
