**Author’s biography**

Dr. Norfiza Ibrahim is currently a Senior Lecturer at the College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics (KPPIM), Universiti Teknologi MARA Perlis Branch. She obtained her Bachelor in Computer Science (Hons) in 2001 from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and Master also Ph.D. degrees from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2003 and 2017, respectively. She is an active managing editor and reviewer for journal, innovation competitions, and conferences. She is also the author and co-author of papers in international refereed journals, and conference contributions. Her areas of interest are decision support, augmented reality, multimedia application development, human computer interaction (HCI), and instructional design.

Nurul Athirah binti Aziz is obtained her degree in Bachelor of Information Technology with Anugerah Naib Canselor from College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics (KPPIM), Universiti Teknologi MARA Perlis Branch. Her research backgrounds are big data technology and visualization also has strength in web and mobile technology applications.

Azmi Abu Seman was born in Kangar, Perlis, Malaysia in 1970. He received the Bachelor in Computer Science (Hons) in 1994 from Universiti Putra Malaysia and Master in Science (Information Technology) in 2003 from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He worked as an Information Technology Officer from 1994 to 1996 in Public Service Department (JPA) before transferring to Universiti Utara Malaysia from 1996 to 2010. Starting in 2010, he became a Lecturer, and subsequently as a Senior Lecturer in 2017 until now with the College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics (KPPIM), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perlis Branch. His research interests include Multimedia Application Development, Web Technology, and Artificial Intelligence.

Nadia Abdul Wahab was born in Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia in 1979. She received the Bachelor in Information Technology (Hons) in 2001 and Master in Science Technology (Information Technology) in 2004 from Universiti Utara Malaysia. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Multimedia Instructional Design from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2016. From 2005 to date, she is a Senior Lecturer with the College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perlis Branch. Her research interests include User Experience Design, Instructional Design, Multimedia Learning and Human-Computer-Interaction.

Aznoora Osman is a researcher and senior lecturer in College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics, Universiti Teknologi MARA Perlis Branch, Malaysia. She obtained her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology in 2015. She has interest in studying human behaviour and response within social and learning context. She also keenly participates in research pertaining to instructional design, technology-enhanced learning, dyslexia assistive tool and information system. Her researches have received recognitions through several awards in innovations and creativity competitions in Malaysia.

Siti Sarah Md Ilyas obtained her Master of Science in Information Technology (IT) from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia in 2017. Her research interest includes web and mobile application development, social information technology, online trust, and instructional multimedia. She has published original articles in journal in her research area. She currently works as a lecturer in College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perlis Branch, Malaysia.
