Mohamad Haizam Bin Mohamed Saraf, is a Lecturer in the Real Estate Programme at the Universiti of Teknologi MARA. He is a former valuation executive at a private valuation firm. Since 2018, he has published 15 indexed publications in peer reviewed journals. His research interests are in the field of property law, property valuation, disaster risk management and biophilic designs in the built environment.
