**Author’s biography**

Aznoora Osman is a researcher and senior lecturer in College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics, Universiti Teknologi MARA Perlis Branch, Malaysia. She obtained her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology in 2015. She has interest in studying human behaviour and response within social and learning context. She also keenly participates in research pertaining to instructional design, technology-enhanced learning, dyslexia assistive tool and information system. Her researches have received recognitions through several awards in innovations and creativity competitions in Malaysia. She is also active in serving roles as jury in innovation competitions and reviewers for scholarly articles in refereed journals and conferences, and expert reviewer for postgraduate research.

Nurul Azni Athirah Ahmad Tarmizy obtained her degree in Bachelor of Information Technology from College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics (KPPIM), Universiti Teknologi MARA in year 2023. Her main interests include programming, information system development and user experience design.

Nadia Abdul Wahab was born in Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia in 1979. She received the Bachelor in Information Technology (Hons) in 2001 and Master in Science Technology (Information Technology) in 2004 from Universiti Utara Malaysia. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Multimedia Instructional Design from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2016. From 2005 to date, she is a Senior Lecturer with the College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perlis Branch. Her research interests include User Experience Design, Instructional Design, Multimedia Learning and Human-Computer-Interaction.

Siti Sarah Md Ilyas obtained her Master of Science in Information Technology (IT) from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia in 2017. Her research interest includes web and mobile application development, social information technology, online trust, and instructional multimedia. She has published original articles in journal in her research area. She currently works as a lecturer in College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perlis Branch, Malaysia.

Dr. Norfiza Ibrahim is currently a Senior Lecturer at the College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics (KPPIM), Universiti Teknologi MARA Perlis Branch. She obtained her Bachelor in Computer Science (Hons) in 2001 from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and Master also Ph.D. degrees from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2003 and 2017, respectively. She is an active managing editor and reviewer for journal, innovation competitions, and conferences. She is also the author and co-author of papers in international refereed journals, and conference contributions. Her areas of interest are decision support, augmented reality, multimedia application development, human computer interaction (HCI), and instructional design.
